The Drum speaks to actor, writer and comedian Lewis Macleod, who is also the voice of Postman Pat, about his work as a voice-over artist in advertising and films.

Macleod is also well known as the voice of Sebulba from Star Wars Episode One - The Phantom Menace and currently as the voice of Postman Pat.

He also starred in the Bouncy Castle commercial for McEwan's Lager as well as having featured in ads for Super Noodles in the early 90's. He has voiced commercials for Tennent's, Domestos, Specsavers, Aquafresh, BT and also had voice roles in Tales of Desperaux and Planet 51.

Mcleod has voiced film trailers for The Boat that Rocked, Defiance and The Invention of Lying alongwith a host of video games roles as well.

He also features as Postman Pat in the current Children in Need charity song alongside Peter Kay.
