Weber Shandwick has closed its Leeds office and relocated its staff to Manchester 'until market conditions improve'.

Paul Bowers, director of Weber Shandwick confirmed that the decision had been taken to relocate from Leeds affecting three members of staff.

“Due to the current economic climate, Weber Shandwick has taken the decision to scale back its operation in Leeds until market conditions improve. Clients and personnel have been transferred to Weber Shandwick’s Manchester office. Weber Shandwick still has an office in Leeds, remains committed to the Yorkshire and Humber marketplace and will reassess the situation as market conditions improve,” said Bowers.
