Gratterpalm picks up mypetstop

Following a four-way pitch mypetstop, the Mars-owned network of pet boarding and care centres, has appointed Gratterpalm as its new advertising agency.

mypetstop runs three specialist pet care centres, located in Leeds, Manchester and Washington – Newcastle upon Tyne, offering luxury boarding, grooming, Doggy day care, hydrotherapy and pet training.

The Leeds-based agency will now look to develop campaigns which will improve usage and loyalty with existing mypetstop customers, re-educate lapsed customers to regain trial, and drive awareness with potential new customers.

Gratterpalm will also revitalise mypetstop’s customer database to drive direct marketing and e-campaigns and will oversee all creative work for the mypetstop website and drive online activity.

Meanwhile, Gratterpalm will also promote a referral scheme with pet rescue centres and vets which will be launched to attract new pet owners to mypetstop throught a programme of events for pet-lovers hosted at mypetstop to increase customer uptake.
