T4 Media's AdGates picked up by Merseyrail

T4 Media has announced that the train operator Merseyrail is set to roll out its ticket barrier advertising system AdGates across its network.

The gates will appear at eight stations across the Merseyrail network later this month include Liverpool Lime Street, Liverpool Central and Southport.

Marco Pieters, CEO of T4 Media, said: “We are delighted to have teamed up with Merseyrail to offer advertisers the opportunity through AdGates to get their marketing message across to passengers in that all-important ‘third space’ between work and home, at a when mindsets tend to be optimally attuned to receiving brand messages.

“What’s more, AdGates, by the very nature of their location, are totally accountable whilst completely dominating the railway platforms entrances and exits - ensuring their brand has a guaranteed impact day and night for a fraction of the cost normally associated with outdoor advertising.”
