Design consultancy Matthew Fairweather has moved its head office operations from Exeter to new offices at the Paintworks, Bristol.

The move has been fuelled by expansion plans and over £200,000 worth of new business wins, including Timoleon and MCD Cabot Circus.

With a studio in Bath, and the Exeter studio still playing a role in the company’s portfolio, Matthew Fairweather has a presence right across the South West with its new base in Bristol.

Matt Fairweather said: “We are really excited to have located at the Paintworks, which is well known for being the creative hub of Bristol and further afield. We are committed to providing a first class design consultancy service and working with more blue chip national and regional brands.

“The economic climate is certainly tough for small businesses, but if you have the right brand, offering, and team expertise then this climate is also be very lucrative, something which we have found.”

One of the most recent projects was to create the brand for the new Cabot Circus Living development. Matthew Fairweather was tasked with creating a brand for the luxury apartments that fitted in with the existing Cabot Circus brand, but that also complimented the developers MCD Property’s own brand and colour scheme.

Matthew Fairweather Design Consultants has also worked alongside some large national brands such as Adidas, Marks & Spencer, Specsavers and Coca-Cola.
