Manchester based Studio North has added to its senior management team following the appointment of Kerry Dennison as account director.

Dennison joins Studio North from Finch – the Liverpool advertising agency. She has previously held positions at Elmwood in Leeds and Iris in Manchester.

The appointment comes at a time when the agency has recently won a series of new clients including; Amec, Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and the University of Manchester.

Studio North is also looking to move into the retail and lifestyle sectors, utilising Dennison's experience.

In her latest role, Kerry was involved in the development and launch of a brand for Lancashire – an 18 month project. She also led the agency team to deliver an above-the-line campaign for Warwick Castle, which is part of the Merlin Group.

Within the FMCG sector, Kerry has recently been involved in a brand identity project for Warburtons, however she also worked to deliver the campaign platform for One Utd, Manchester United's official membership scheme.

Michael di Paola, partner and operations director at Studio North commented: "The last year has been a really exciting time for Studio North – especially in terms of growth and company evolution. Recruiting Kerry to the team is integral to our plans for 2010 and to support our constantly improving brand & digital service offer. We’re all excited about her appointment and I’m sure she will bring enthusiasm and experience to an already dynamic team."

Dennison added: ‘I am really excited about my new role. Studio North has a great balance between creative output and strategic implementation so I look forward to aligning my skills to help drive the business forward."
