CCB acquires Adwill Media
Hillington based print firm CCB has acquired Adwill Media based in Broxburn, just outside Edinburgh.
Directors Angus MacDonald and Mark Coll, commenting on the acquisition, said: “Over the past few years, CCB were seeking an opportunity to expand in the East. David Willis and his team at Adwill in Broxburn offered CCB the perfect fit. The Digital Facilities at Adwill perfectly complement the Litho output at CCB.”
David Willis of Adwill added: “Our continued growth resulted in us having to find the right partner. CCB have always been an important part of our business, and our like minded approach to quality, service and added value for our clients has been a major factor in our merger.”
The new company will trade as Adwill CCB.
