Nevis launches Morrison Bowmore's single batch for Glen Garioch
Following the launch of the 1797 Founders Reserve last month, Nevis Design has completed the design of the Single Batch Releases.
Glen Garioch periodically releases hand select individual casks. Launched as ‘Single Batch Releases’, this year will see Glen Garioch 1990 Vintage and the Glen Garioch 1978 Vintage join the 1797 Founders Reserve.
From time to time a team of the distillery's craftsmen periodically sample the Glen Garioch casks. 

They are allowed to mature for years. When they are at their peak of perfection, they are taken from the warehouse and bottled one cask at a time to become Glen Garioch Small Batch Release.
