DB Studio launches designer Niki Jones

DB Studio has created branding and other marketing collateral for textile and interior designer Niki Jones.

Launching this Autumn, Niki Jones offers a range of textiles, furniture and other homewares. The collection references a wide range of traditional crafts from different parts of the world.

DB Studio has worked with Jones in developing the identity for the new company, with the primary logotype being a direct reflection of the modern/traditional theme, with an appearance which is distinctive and understated. Brand colours directly reference the palette which features throughout the collection and ensure printed and online collateral capture the unique personality behind the brand.

Photography from Gordon Burniston and illustration from Peagreen feature throughout the website and supporting 72 page catalogue – printed on an uncoated off-white recycled paper to provide a tactile feel.

DB Studio will also work on the Spring Summer 2010 catalogue.

DB Studio is also working on two new major clients – one of the largest suppliers of British timber, James Jones & Sons and internet service provider, Lumison.
