Photographer Close hosts live exhibition at Book Festival
As part of this year's Edinburgh Book Festival, photographer Chris Close has produced an almost live exhibition of many of the authors.
The work is shot and printed one day and hung at the venue the next.
Close said: "Being exposed to the Scottish Summer has meant it has taken quite a battering as it is at the mercy of the elements but has withstood the weather Gods very well."
Close has shot authors at the Festival ranging from Paddy Ashdown to Griff Rhyss Jones and from Carol Ann Duffy to Will Self.
