The Centre for Contemporary Arts (CCA) has appointed Hot Tin Roof as its PR agency following a four-way-pitch.

The CCA, based in the centre of Glasgow, has tasked the Edinburgh-based-agency to execute a fast track, high impact media and stakeholder campaign to raise awareness of the service the CCA offers the arts and the community.

The CCA plays an important role in the continued development of Scotland’s cultural reputation and legacy at home and abroad. The centre supports Scottish artists, from the ground up, while showcasing important international work.

Sarah Lee, Hot Tin Roof MD comments: “CCA is an icon of the Scottish arts scene and over the last few years it has reversed its fortunes, achieving financial stability and developing a ground breaking open source model for the arts. We are proud to be part of the team at CCA and believe we can help the organisation achieve its business objectives.”

Kirsty Gordon, marketing manager for the CCA, added: “This is a critical time in the history of the CCA and it is vitally important that we clearly communicate our strengths and achievements. Hot Tin Roof’s ability to integrate a genuine understanding of the arts with a hard hitting news campaign is a unique combination.”
