Palmer Hargreaves Wallis Tomlinson has announced that its senior management team based in both the UK and Germany has taken 25% of the shareholdings of the company.

Andrew Clift, CEO and founder of the marketing agency with its headquarters in Warwickshire.

Matt Catlin, Mick Stoves, George Wallis, Nikki Watts, Randy Weeks and Steve Woodcock all based in the Warwickshire office have together taken a 25% stake in the business alongside three of their colleagues in Germany with payment being spread over the four year period.

Clift chose to make the share available to involve the senior management team and broaden ownership to those at the company charged with steering it forward and will allow him more time to broaden his role as CEO and widen the company’s interests having also opened offices in Cologne and Paris.

Clift commented; “With such a broad and growing operation I felt the time was right to widen the ownership of the business and reward my team for their help & support in building the business over recent years. My aim is to shape the business for even more success in the future and I’m confident that we have the right team here at PHWT to go from strength to strength.”

“With offices in Germany, France and now Russia working successfully alongside our UK base in Leamington Spa, these are exciting times for PHWT. We’re now operating for clients in over 60 countries and 40 languages and employing over 90 staff.”

The senior management team was put in place in January 2008 with Weeks being made managing director, taking over from Clift.
