Swindon and Bristol based digital agency InboxDMG is to grow its service offering with the launch of a new digital sales promotion arm, eSP.

The new division will use digital campaigns, viral, buzz and e-CRM to distribute promotional offers, and will be supported by couponing mechanisms, including secure vouchers and mobile couponing.

The division will build around its capacity to track, respond to and learn from consumer interaction, enabling real-time learning, optimisation and management of campaigns; and to explicitly link digital activity to sales, whether online or offline. Its campaigns will also include an element of brand immersion and education towards the customer, as it aims to ensure that the brand or campaign message is not missed in the transaction.

Matt Ramsay, managing director of InboxDMG, commented: ”As an agency we’re continually evolving to meet the needs of our clients. Research shows consumer uptake of couponing is growing and our new eSP proposition is about harnessing the digital delivery mechanisms and the data they afford to help brands create measurable activation and long term engagement with them. It’s completely in tune with today’s sales, results, and measurement-driven market."
