Toyota has worked with Amaze to introduce a new brand and visual identity to its European websites.

Amaze, headquartered in Manchester, rolled out the new branding and design across the manufacturer's websites for its V9 car model in eight European countries.

The agency was responsible for moving complex brand groupings – colours, textures, type and visual identity standards for all templates – into the online space.

It says it also delivered “significant improvements” to the interactivity and usability of the sites' structures.

Karen Peeters, manager of one-to-one marketing at Toyota, said: “The challenge presented by the need to translate company and product-level brand expressions into an interactive space, consisting of several thousands of pages, was significant.”

Natalie Gross, managing partner at Amaze, added: “Our focus on user experience has allowed us to deliver on a strategy of continuous improvements to site functionality and design, which will have ongoing benefits for Toyota and their pan-European online audience”.
