Whitespace handles online marketing and site for Genius

The website, online marketing strategy and pay per click campaign for new gluten free bread brand Genius has been handled by Whitespace.

The Edinburgh digital and design agency has created the site as it looking to promote the brand and re-enforce that it still tastes just like normal bread. It also carries the story of its founder Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne, told by a family of animated wooden spoons. She worked with Chartered Brands to develop the overall marketing and brand strategies and has picked up a national listing in Tesco stores nationwide.

Iain Valentine, creative director of Whitespace, said “Not only has this given us an exciting creative challenge in helping to build a brand from scratch but it feels worth doing. The pleasure that a slice or two of ‘real’ bread gives to a large group of people who’ve been denied this simple pleasure is very rewarding.”
