Here’s a look at the new advert to promote Sandwich chain Subway’s new snack menu, created by Frame.
The four week campaign broke last week across the UK and ROI in TV and Radio and is being supported by in-store POS.
The new ads introduce the ‘Subway Pocket’, an animated little fellow who raves about the snack menu products and the prices, which are so good they’ll leave you with ‘more money for pocket’.
The campaign was directed by Ben Wheatley of Blink and produced by MTP in Glasgow. The food footage was shot by Charlie Stebbings. copy writer was Adam Smith and art director was Phil Sanderson, both of Frame.
Subway is currently reviewing the advertising account for its business with Frame now thought to be down to the final four against three London agencies.

This is rubbish. Subway need a new agency.
OK - so you think it's rubbish. Exactly what would you have done instead?

I like it! Simple, honest and to the point.
Yeah, it does exactly what it needs to do and I reckon will reach its desired audience in a fun and memorable way...and it gets away from guys in costumes so it's a bit of a departure too. What more can you ask really?
Monkey it aint. Looks like someone got aroused whilst looking at sick on a bun.
