Pharmaceurical company Novartis has appointed DigitalAim to drive the scoping of an E-learning project.

The project is due to run in the final months of the year and will aim to use virtual world rich media interaction as well as provide a social networking platform for grouped employees.

Scott Howard, founder of Digital Aim, said: “It demonstrates the lack of geographical barriers in digital client work and shows that DigitalAim's stand-alone planning processes are being valued ever more by clients looking for the best end-to-end customer experiences. The project will largely been run from London and shows that the current downturn market is buying web technology with more scrutiny and care than in previous years where 'look and feel' may have more prevalently led the approach of agencies and clients."

The Edinburgh agency has also recently recruited Korina Rapti as account executive on the consultancy team is also seeking a senior digital consultant to bolster its Edinburgh office.
