Tayburn has won a three-way pitch to produce Scottish Water’s annual report for the second year running.

The brief from the Scottish-wide utilities provider was to maintain the consistency of its brand, whilst moving the key message forward from communicating the company’s value for money package to this year’s theme of focussing on the investment the organisation is making to ensure it continues to deliver for its customers.

“This is a great win for us”, said Kevin Hearn, senior account manager at Tayburn. “Scottish Water has a huge profile and we’re delighted to be back on board with its annual report. As an agency, we have built a reputation for corporate reporting and this will no doubt help to maintain Tayburn’s standing as the leading annual report consultancy outside London.”

Lorna Hamilton, senior marketing project manager at Scottish Water, added: “Although submissions from all three agencies were very strong, we felt that Tayburn demonstrated a real understanding of how we want to communicate with our stakeholders. The strategy behind its presentation mirrored how we want to report on the company’s performance and introduce its vision for the future. And it was this philosophy that led to Tayburn winning the pitch process.”
