Dog Digital is to produce the new Quality Meat Scotland site.

QMS, the marketing body for Scottish red meat has tasked Dog Digital with designing and developing a site which will deliver a wide range of information and services to the industry members such as farmers, food processors and retailers.

The site will include various levels of user customization and will focus on ensuring rich content such as cutting guides and market prices is delivered in the most effective and targeted manner.

David Hamilton, client services director for Dog Digital, commented: “QMS is an extremely important organisation for one of Scotland’s most valuable industry sectors and we are thrilled with the decision to choose Dog Digital to develop this site. As one of the first tenders to be issued under the Scottish Government Framework, we are obviously delighted to get a win under our belts.”

Stephen Doran, communications and events manager for QMS, added: “The new site will be a major part of our business and communications strategy for the foreseeable future and Dog Digital ignited our enthusiasm for the project with its excellent submission, in-depth understanding of our requirements and its unquestionable passion.”

The site will go live in June. Any additional online or offline promotional work to accompany the campaign has yet to be decided.
