One O'Clock Gun creates artists book
One O'Clock Gun Design Consultants has launched the limited edition 8207 Twenty-five years in Edinburgh book for artist Malcolm Cruickshank.
Following on from last years success with the Scottish Design Awards Grand Prix-winning 8207 poster, the agency again collaborated with the textile artist in the creation of a limited edition version of his book.
The book documents Cruickshank's autobiographical response to his work, based on the theme of life in Edinburgh, and brings together the key embroideries, photographs from which they were formed, and includes a piece of unique artwork created especially by Cruickshank for each copy of the book.
Only 50 copies are in circulation.
