23red Regions has been appointed as creative and design agency for the Child Workforce Development Council.

The organisation, based in Leeds, exists to improve the lives of children, young people, their families and carers.

The work will include developing communications collateral and direct marketing campaigns. It will target employers, managers, practitioners and children and young people themselves.

Claire Chappell, head of communications at CWDC, said: "23red was selected for its understanding of [the government's] 'Every Child Matters' agenda. The agency has a great deal of experience in delivering creative solutions for organisations which communicate directly with children and young people, their families, and those who work with them."

Core 23red clients in this sector include DoH, COI, The Met Office and a number of local authorities across the UK.
