North West Regeneration contract for Paver Smith
Regeneration specialist St Modwen Properties PLC has appointed Paver Smith to handle its public relations in the North West of England.
The agency won the brief following a competitive pitch which will now see it tasked with handling schemes across the North West including the £350m Skelmersdale project in West Lancashire, Project Jennifer in Liverpool, Wythenshawe Town Centre in Greater Manchester and the St Modwen and Halton Borough Council JV Windes Regeneration Ltd which will celebrate its 10th anniversary this year.
Other schemes will include Stonbridge Business Park in Liverpool, Blackburn Innovation Centre, Connahs Quay in Flinshire, North Wales and Ellesmere Port, in Cheshire.
