Pazang PR has been taken over by Paver Smith and will move to news offices in Spinningfields, Manchester.

The move follows the retirement of Tanya Arturi, founder of the Wilmslow based agency who is looking to develop a new lifestyle magazine.

Following the recent acquisition of another Manchester based agency, Stripe Communications, Dougal Paver, managing director of Paver Smith is certain that the move will further strengthen the presence of the agency in Manchester.

As a result, Charlotte Jones, account director for Pazang will join Paver Smith along with the agency’s clients.

“We’ll take growth and high calibre people from wherever they may come,” said Paver.

“Charlotte’s highly respected with a great consumer and professional services background and will be a great help to Denise Mullen in growing our Manchester presence.”

Arturi said of the move: “It’s been my baby for six years, and I’ve taken great pride in what we have achieved. The arrival of baby Cameron however has caused a major re-think in the commitment I could give to Pazang, and having met the team at Paver Smith I’m confident that their principles and standards will continue to more than support our clients’ needs. I’m happy that the spirit of Pazang will live on within Paver Smith.”
