UK wide retail brand The Mall which has 20 shopping centres spread across The UK has launched new collateral to tie in with new Disney film Confessions of a Shopaholic.

Created by Glasgow based design agency Hyphen to create literature to promote The Mall’s competition for a shopping trip for two to Manhattan.

The free to enter competition was launched 2 February ahead of the film’s UK release on 20 February.

Pam Guy, commercial development manager at The Mall, said: “Where better to promote this film than in the country's shopping communities? With our 20 Malls from Aberdeen to Southampton, Disney will have access to millions of UK shoppers every week'.

Despite tough time ahead for the UK retail sector, David Russell, managing director of Hyphen Design says that he remains upbeat, “In any relationship you have to take the bad times with the good. The Mall has been great for our business over the years and we owe it to them to do what we can to support them when budgets are tight. Sure we live in challenging times, but at Hyphen we like a challenge.”
