Fifth Ring growth continues with new clients and staff

Aberdeen headquartered Fifth Ring has strengthened its team following a hat-trick of high-profile client account wins.

Emma Lane has joined the PR energy team at the agency while Sara Macauley has joined as account director for the brand and strategy development team.

Lane joins from Mearns and Gill where she was an account director having previously worked at the Food Standards agency Scotland where she was head of Communications.

Macauley joins from the communications department for the Ulster Bank Retail across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Their staff appointments follow three new business wins where the agency will be working with Aberdeen Harbour Board, the centre of activity for the offshore oil and gas industry’s marine support operations in North-west Europe; a division of one of the north-east’s major offshore contractors specialising in equipment rental; and Offshore Solutions BV, market leaders in advanced marine access systems, providing operation and asset maintenance.

All three clients will be use Fifth Ring's integrated offering, with work spread across all departments; brand and strategy, design, digital media and marketing, public relations and advertising.
