Nissan's new dealerships to be launched through TBWA\Manchester campaign

TBWA\Manchester is developing a new campaign to coincide with Nissan’s launch of hundreds of new dealerships across Europe and to promote the car manufacturer’s ‘innovative’ technology.

The Hello Future campaign comes in three phases – tease, reveal and post-launch – and will be designed to work at any size dealership, in any location, across Europe.

The campaign will be implemented across Europe through press, online, outdoor and DM. It will be rolled out as Nissan opens 500 new dealerships across the continent before 2010.

Lisette Nieuwenhuis, manager of marketing programmes and events for Nissan Europe, said: “The campaign steps away from the conventional hard sell, reinforcing Nissan’s attitude, strengthening its retail positioning and maintaining brand consistency and innovation across Europe.”

Robert Harwood-Matthews, CEO of TBWA\Manchester, added: “The work will hint at the brand’s edge; our loyalists know this but there’s way more innovation in every Nissan than most people realise. It’s time to turn up the heat on the competition.”
