Dinosaur comments on Mercer and Legget departures
Dinosaur has given its reaction to the news that its chief executive, Grant Mercer, has departed the agency alongside business development director, Samantha Legget.
A Dinosaur spokesperson told The Drum: "Mark [Beaumont, founder and owner] has outlined his vision for the business going forward into next year and everybody at Dinosaur is highly motivated at the improvements that are underway, including the recruitment of experienced new blood at senior level.
"Mark advised the team at the end of last month that his planning for 2009 didn't include either Grant Mercer or Samantha Legget, and of his decision to dispense with their services."
Mercer joined Dinosaur in September 2007.
Beaumont was on holiday when The Drum contacted the Manchester-based agency.
