United Biscuits has redesigned its coroporate website through its digital agency Inbox, part of the Digital Marketing Group.

As well as boasting a new look, the website has undergone changes to improve its functionality and usability to keep its target audience - key influencers, media, financial audiences, industry specialists and future employees - up to date with the latest content on the company and its brands.

New features include a web contact form for customer service enquiries, an area set aside on the homepage to promote the latest TV ads and banners promoting health, nutrition and sustainability linking directly to related content.

A new tab and drop down menu layout simplifies navigation around the site's content, and a new content management system allows United Biscuits to add updates and fresh content.

United Biscuits' Alexandra Chilvers said: "United Biscuits has many well known brands and the portfolio is now much more visible. Key topics such as health, nutrition and sustainability are easier to access and the navigation of the site has been greatly improved."

In June, Swindon- and Bristol-based Inbox designed a new website for United Biscuits brand go ahead!, aimed at increasing brand engagement and driving trial across the product range.
