John Dean is to team up once again with creative partner Stuart Anderson at Glasgow based advertising agency Merle to head up its creative team.

Dean and Anderson will once again act as co-creative directors at the agency having previously done so at Yorkshire based agency Propaganda until last year.

He has previously worked with TBWA and at AMV.

Dean is able to count four D&AD pencils on his CV along with several Mobius and Epica awards, not to mention some Roses advertising awards as well.

John Morgan, CEO of Merle, said: “With the leadership of Iain Dingwall, Stuart Anderson, and now John Dean, merle makes for a very talented and experienced creative force. We have some amazing clients, and we owe it to them to seek out and attract the best talent we can find. Our aim is to be a top 10 agency outside of London, and high profile hirings like John are part of the plan to get us there.”

John Dean added: ‘Working with Stuart again was a no-brainer, especially with some of the great brands Merle handles.”
