Edinburgh office of Golley Slater Public Relations has strengthened its team, appointing a director to head up the agency's PR offering in Scotland.

Jonathan Murray joins as account director, working on a wide-range of clients including the Army, Telford College, Greggs, A4e, Persimmon Homes and Lanarkshire Tourism.

Before joining Golley Slater, Murray worked with Trimedia for 18 months, working on a range of B2B campaigns for corporate and commercial property clients and prior to this, he ran his own PR company for four years.

Murray explained: “We have a progressive and proactive team here in Scotland and at economical times like these, I believe that this coupled with our willingness to provide our clients with an exceptional service has helped us both keep clients and win new ones.

"Naturally I’m delighted to be joining a successful team in Scotland."
