Glasgow design and branding consultancy The Hub has gone into voluntary liquidation following a spate of bad debts. At the point of calling in the Liquidator, the agency had bad debt in the region of £100,000.

Managing director David Clelland said: "This is a very sad time for myself and all of my colleagues. I've spent 13 years putting my heart and soul into this company, building it up to be recognised as one of Scotland's best branding consultants.

"In recent times, the Hub worked with some fabulous UK brands and it's such a pity that the reckless behavior of others has affected some of the best and hardest working talent in Scotland today."

Graham Tough has been provisionally appointed as Liquidator.
