The Cheltenham office of charity-specialist agency Tangible Response has been appointed by National Children’s Home (NCH) as it gears to re-launch as Action for Children in September.

The launch is to be supported by the biggest advertising and brand response campaign in the charity’s history, to boost awareness and as a major fundraising pitch.

Last year, NCH’s total income was £210 million, 88 percent of which came from statutory sources and 9 percent from voluntary sources. The new brand identity and fundraising strategy is aiming to redress this imbalance.

Tangible Response managing director, Paul Handley, said: “It’s a rare opportunity to help reposition a major charity in the fundraising market; and it’s a prime example of branding and fundraising coming together at the off set to make more coherent communication strategies.”
