New Business Stream campaign created by Tangible Communications

Tangible Communications has completed a new campaign for Business Stream.

Business Stream approached Tangible to advise on its data strategy and to develop marketing plans for their customer audiences. The initial campaign consisted of an extensive data audit of Business Stream’s existing databases followed by a comprehensive and targeted email and direct mail campaign.

Part of the Scottish Water group but separately managed, financed and governed, Business Stream was created to provide water and waste water services to business customers. The non-domestic market in Scotland opened to competition in April 2008.
