Princes Square has appointed The Big Picture to devise a new marketing strategy for the up market Glasgow shopping centre, following a review organised by the Recommended Agency Register.

The Recommended Agency Register is an intermediary which has built a data-base of agencies based on the recommendation of client companies. It then uses this information to help client companies identify the most appropriate marketing-services partners.

The Aberdeen and Glasgow agency beat Frame to the account which was previously handled by DADA.

Derek Stewart, MD of The Big Picture, said: “Our brief is to define the new brand position for Princes Square, clearly positioning it as Scotland’s most individual and aspirational shopping destination.”

Steve Antoniewicz, MD of the RAR, added: “The Big Picture’s appointment is due to the effort put into the presentation and it was their overwhelming desire to win the account that made them the obvious choice.”
