Hookson names new digital head
Hookson has hired a new digital chief.
Arthur has worked with clients such Scottish Enterprise, Citizens Advice Bureau, Cala, the Dawn Group and Hutchison 3G.
Sophie Moore also joined the creative department at the start of this week as senior designer from Navyblue.
