Low fairs airline, Easyjet has appointed Profile Plus to handle its Scottish consumer account.

The Edinburgh PR agency won a competitive three way pitch for the account, which will be overseen by Kerry Teakle, senior account manager, and will be assisted by Laura Campbell, who has recently joined the team.

The win for Profile Plus comes on the back of four other travel and lifestyle client wins, including The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, which returns to Profile Plus after a four year break. The team will be responsible for promoting all the five-star facilities of the hotel.

In addition, the agency has been appointed by Festival Inns to develop a celebratory campaign for the ten year old Three Sisters bar and neighbouring Tailors Hall Hotel, and the Macdonald Roxburghe has taken the agency onboard, in a project capacity, to relaunch its flagship hotel in Edinburgh . The company is also developing its health & beauty sector with the appointment of the Tina O’Doherty’s Inch Loss Clinic.

Robyn Glynne-Percy, managing director of Profile Plus, said: “We are increasingly being recognised for our experience and strength in the leisure and lifestyle sector which these new and significant appointments demonstrate. Being the only Scottish-based PR agency in this sector has enormous benefits for our clients and in our dealings with the media.”
