Cool Blue, the Middlesborough-based agency, has been appointed by architecture firm DK.

DKS provides architectural, planning and interior design services across a number of sectors that cover commercial, public sector and residential.

Middlesbrough-based Cool Blue has been charged with repositioning the firm as one of the ‘big few’ design-led practices in the North East and Yorkshire. The agency’s remit will include a regional and national PR strategy, a brand refresh, a new website design, an internal communications programme, and a direct mail campaign.

Steve Hesmondhalgh, partner at DKS, said: “We are a very ambitious practice and hope Cool Blue’s creative will help us achieve clear differentiation in our marketplace. We expect them to play a very important role in our continued growth and future success.”
