Sheffield-based agency Dig For Fire has undergone a restructure in recognition of its growth in four areas - direct marketing, digital, research and PR.

The ‘Dig to the Power of Four’ initiative sees Dig For Fire create a four part business, with specialists Dig Digital and Dig PR added to the existing Dig Research and Dig For Fire.

Dig For Fire, now a £10m turnover business, witnessed significant growth in 2007, appointing 21 new staff and winning 22 new clients.

Dig For Fire chief executive, Charles Buddery said: “The decision to take the four areas of expertise and set them up as separate brands, each with their own clear propositions, means we’re fully equipped to respond to opportunities in the market and will continue to attract the very best clients and people.

“The performance of Dig For Fire in 2007 was staggering. Continued new business success coupled with serious organic growth give us an impressive platform to work from. Our forecasts for 2008-09 are even better. Where others are predicting lay-offs and a downturn in business, our financial performance is a continued success story. We have every confidence that each of our four business units will help us deliver even more into 2009.”
