Brightsource has announced two new senior appointments who have joined the print management company.

The company has hired Nathan Fryer-Jones and Penelope Rose as business development director and operations manager respectively.

Both will be based in the company’s Cheltenham office, but will be involved in the running of Brightsource Edinburgh as well.

Fryer Jones’ role will focus on developing new business opportunities for Brightsource and building strong new client relationships.

Previously he was regional sales director with the Lettershop Group where he helped grow the business substantially during his 10 year tenure – attracting clients in both the financial and retail sectors, including: Norwich Union, Royal Bank of Scotland and Toys R Us.

Rose, a DM print management specialist, joins Brightsource in a newly created role to focus on strategic purchasing and will aim ensure that the company secures best value and maximum flexibility from its roster of suppliers.

She has worked on a number of accounts during her time with the Orchestra Group and with Williams Lea prior to that, including: GE Capital, AXA and BP. Penelope looks forward to developing relationships with Brightsource’s roster of key suppliers and implementing better purchasing procedures.
