Guerilla Interactive this month kick starts Derbyshire County Primary Care Trust’s anti-smoking text message campaign, designed to assist smokers stub out the habit in conjunction with a fully integrated splash under the ‘Life is better’ banner.

Guerilla has now built up a portfolio of work with PCTs across the UK including Nottingham City and every PCT in the North East of England.

“The campaign has now launched and we are confident of achieving excellent results, not least due to Guerilla’s determination to maximise the campaign’s exposure with the target audience, within the constraints of public sector budgets,” said Sean Thornton, Assistant Director of Communications at Derbyshire County PCT.

Guerilla’s designed has been used on beer mats as well as bus and outdoor advertising. An additional targeted direct mail campaign aims to reach smokers directly and encourage them to sign up to the service. Derby County Football Club is promoting the campaign message at five fixtures.
