Services were held this week to lay to rest Graham Duffy, joint managing partner of Graphic Partners, who died suddenly aged 65.

Duffy’s passing shocked colleagues and peers, some of who had worked him him since he founded the company in 1971.Â

Hamish Torry of Glenmorangie, one of Duffy’s clients, paid tribute, saying that the entire Glenmorangie family had enjoyed a unique relationship with him over the last ten years. “He ensured that he dealt with not just the marketing people on all his projects, but all departments including production and sales. He felt that those elements were as much part of the job in producing a brand that is going to work, as dealing with the marketing team,” said Torry.

He added that every bottle of Glenmorangie had Graham’s imprint on it, and would be his legacy to the company.

Speaking on behalf of Graphic Partners, Ken Craig, Graham’s business partner, said Duffy was a compassionate man, who would be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Duffy is survived by his wife Ros, son Bruce and daughter Claire.
