SMG commercials to lose its boss
Andrew Blackwell, commercial production manager of SMG Commercials is to leave the company.
Blackwell, heads up SMG’s commercial production department in Aberdeen. He will take voluntary redundancy at the end of the year.
A spokesperson for SMG would not confirm the news but said: “The turnaround plan of STV is progressing with a clear focus on its financial and organisational structure. We are currently reviewing resources across the business to ensure that it is properly resourced and fit for purpose going forward.”
