Amaze, the recently acquired web technology specialist, has signed a new partnership agreement with global web content management solutions company, SDL Tridion.

The tie-up will see Amaze develop closer links with SDL Tridion’s research and development team. The Cheshire-based agency will also adopt SDL’s Tridion R5 as its preferred content management system platform, in a bid to provide clients with greater efficiencies.

It represents a busy period for the agency, after recently becoming part of communications and marketing group, Hasgrove’s stable in a 600k deal.

Amaze will be sharing best practice methods with SDL Tridion, with a view to making greater efficiencies for clients in project developments. It will also ensure the highest quality of deliverable software.

Previous clients to have used Amaze and SDL Tridion to deliver its websites include Toyota Marketing Europe, Archant, independently-owned regional media business, Greater London Authority, and Advantage West Midlands.

Mike Johnstone, sales and marketing director at Amaze, said: “This new partnership agreement with SDL Tridion will significantly strengthen our relationship, both commercially and technically.

“In addition, we will be committing further technical resources to our SDL Tridion practice, which will involve a collaborative intensive training programme.”
