Sustainable community developer BioRegional Quintain has appointed Leeds-based Fuse8 to consult on a huge £200million regeneration project in Middlesbrough.

The account win is phase one of a 15 year project in line with the town’s redevelopment, with fifteen phases in total accumulating to £500,000 in marketing account fees.

Fuse8 won at a six-way pitch for the project, which will see the derelict Middlehaven Docks transformed into a “vibrant community.”

Fuse8 will provide full strategic support, all creative output, media planning and buying and online support for the project. The team will also work alongside property marketing consultants Inner-Space, whilst public relations will be provided by Leeds-based PR consultancy Radiant.
