Graphic design firm Media Mission has been bought by Cheshire-based Go Creative Design for an undisclosed sum.

As part of the deal, three members of Media Mission’s team have moved to Go’s offices in Sale. Go has also acquired the contracts to produce GovNet’s suite of magazines and to produce all marketing materials for GovNet events and exhibitions.

There have been no redundancies made as a result of the sale and Media Mission’s existing offices in Manchester city centre are now occupied by GovNet’s expanding editorial and marketing teams.

The 12-strong Go team will now operate as four divisions, all reporting to director Paul Ashworth.

Go Public will be a dedicated design resource for public sector clients, e-go will offer new media solutions, Go Display will deliver 3D services such as point-of-sale and exhibition work and Go Creative will continue to provide advertising and design services. The agency is part of marketing group, AWA.
