McGarvie Morrison Media has won the contract to assist Orange with its UK-wide community relations programme over the coming year.

The deal, described as being worth six figures to the Glasgow agency, will see them taking the UK-wide lead to coordinate on initiating public meetings on behalf of Orange, working alongside the Orange in-house team as the communications giant upgrades its 13,000 strong mast network to handle 3G traffic.

The communications giant has 163m customers worldwide.

Lindsay McGarvie co-founder and director of McGarvie Morrison media said the MMM team were proud of their association with Orange, and were keen to get started: “Winning this contract is really satisfying as it puts MMM in the forefront of public affairs and media relations in Scotland and the UK,” he said.
