Tequila\\ and Digerati\\ launch Best Companies Guide

Tequila\\Manchester and Digerati\\ have launched the Best Companies Guide. Digerati provided the web design while Tequila developed the strategy, creative and branding for the service, which aims to help job seekers and graduates find the perfect job. The guide is based on what employees think about their company and is modelled after the Michelin star rating system, with companies allocated one, two or three stars depending on their level of employee engagement. Criteria includes leadership and management to wellbeing and fairness, and will be distributed nationwide throughout careers centres, freshers’ fairs, accredited companies and key UK libraries.
