IAB to Engage Scotland

The Internet Advertising Bureau is going on tour to host its first IAB Engage conference in Edinburgh, providing an overview of the internet advertising landscape and how online has revolutionised business.

The conference, sponsored by The Drum, aims to help advertisers find the best role for online within their communications strategies, and attempt to explain how they can integrate it within traditional media activity.

The full day conference, to be held on 19 September at Dynamic Earth, aims to attract over 200 delegates from both client organisations and agencies.

Speaking of the event, Kieron Matthews, head of marketing, IAB said: “With internet advertising spend at over £2billion, this is a really exciting opportunity to come to Scotland and talk about the opportunities online advertising offers brands.”
