Following a three-way pitch, Sequoia has been appointed by Virgin Megastores to promote its new website.

The Chester-based agency will produce a campaign which will highlight a number of the site’s services including its SEO feature, free delivery with online purchases and the deals on its products.

The campaign will roll out across press, online display ads and on-going e-crm activity.

Sequoia’s Andy Johns said the agency had a passion for the sector. He added: “The brief to take a fresh look at the way Virgin markets its online offering was right up our street. We believe our strategy will drive real awareness and help improve financial returns considerably.”
