Countryside Properties has concluded a pitch for its north and midlands PR business with the appointment of Manchester-based Impact Media PR.

The property and consumer specialist agency will now develop campaigns to promote some of the biggest regeneration schemes in the region, including multi-million pound investments in New Broughton in Salford, and in Burslem and Cliffe Vale in Stoke-on-Trent.

Mike Meredith, associate marketing director for Countryside Properties said: “PR is an essential part of our marketing mix and we look forward to Impact Media adding an extra dimension. These are exciting times for Countryside Properties as we expand our business and look to grow awareness across the region.”

Impact was also recently appointed by Bramall Construction, which specialises in the regeneration and construction of public sector housing throughout Yorkshire, Humber, the East Midlands and the North West.
